Buzz: Alexander Semin Wants Too Much Money

At ESPN Insider, Craig Custance writes that according to an NHL GM the main reason Alexander Semin has not signed with a team yet is that he wants too much money.

Custance writes that in regards to Semin, who made $6.7 million last season, “there appears to be a difference in opinion of what that salary should be.”

It has been suggested that Semin is looking for a two-year deal worth $10 million and that he needs “the right fit.”
