Yesterday, for a short time, the Rangers posted something on Blueshirts United titled “A Girls Guide To Watching The Rangers”

It was met with much anger on twitter, including this from Sarah Baicker of CSN Philly, “Just saw the “Girls Guide to Watching the Rangers.” Author seems to forget millions of girls: watch hockey. play hockey. love hockey. Lame.”

After the fact, the Rangers sent out this message on twitter, “Today’s article was posted by a fan contributor. We determined article was inappropriate & took it down. We apologize to all offended fans.”
