This will be the only time Rex is ever looking down on the Jets this year.

I wonder if he bullied the ground when he landed...

no more silly unwanted headlines, let's not do anymore Rex stories until Jets have to play him, he kind of bad mouthed the Jets even though he had a lot of say of how the team was run when he was here, Bills are even bigger fools for hiring him

you can knock rex all you want but this man has BA_LS. and he gets his team up to play the big games. last year the jets OUTPLAYED the super bowl champs TWICE and yet he and the GM were fired. that is so incongruous and incomprehensible its a bad joke. the GM was building this team. a total rebuild and he was spending his money wisely and saved a bundle of money that this new GM and this owner spent like a drunk sailor on over paid free agents ,useless veterans by trade and a 30 year old cornerback that has seen his better days. this owner with his constant meddling will NEVER have a championship team as long as he owns this team. an owner has NO business making personal decisions. i for one will not be disappointed by this team again. lifer is too short to root for a loser and this owner is a LOSER> to all those that want to set themselves up for an annual emotional letdown and disappointment  i suggest BIG BLUE. they wear the NY on their unies as well.

@j_spikett   Rex should have been gone after the Thanksgiving day debacle, good DC, but that's about it, no common sense, he will never learn and Bills will eventually be forced to replace him after he waters down the talent on the team, Rex inherited a 9-7 team and leaves a 4-12 team behind, same as the Bills

I thought BA_LS initially meant " bad as$ long snapper"

News Flash! Rex is no longer with the Jets, let it go, it's really getting old.

Rex is gone, time we move on. Can't wait until training camp starts. Reading about him twice a year when we play the Bills is enough. This must be a filler because its a slow Jets news day.

He's in buffalo, and apparently not reAlly gone.

Can TJB move on from Rex, I think most of the site fans have. No one wants to talk about the ex girl when we have a new hot and exciting one.

There were times after a few blown calls, misused timeouts, or late game collapses under the Rex Ryan era in NY that I felt like doing the same thing....but without the parachute.

I do think it's incredible how significantly the opinion has changed of this guy from 2009-2010 to now.

I truly wish him well, but couldn't be happier that he is no longer the coach of the Jets.

I know football news is slow but why do we still get posts about Rex....

You know....I thought I felt the ground shake.

@oddmanrush

But not nearly not as much as it used to...which could apply to his team's, as well.    A lot of hot air, little else.    Not sure why TJB continues to post news about Ryan.  The only interest I have in him at this point is how we beat his team's butt twice a year.

Rex didn't know what he was getting into... someone just told him there would be 12,000 feet and he agreed to do it instantly.

The Rex Ryan/foot jokes usually don't do it for me but this... Very well done sir.
