Read: The Season Rick Nash Could Have

NashAt ESPN Insider, Ryan Scwepfinger notes that some advanced metrics are pointing towards Rick Nash falling below the pace he set last season with 21 goals and 21 assists.

He notes that while Nash has been close to a point per game player in his career, 0.82 per game in his career, as he enters his thirties that may start to slip.

His projection has Nash putting in 65 points in 74 games which is a .87 PPG rate which is down from his .95 last season but higher than the .72 he had in in 11-12, his last 82 game season.
