Buzz: The Blue Jackets Are Offering Brandon Dubinsky Around

According to Bruce Garrioch in the Ottawa Sun, the Blue Jackets are offering up Brandon Dubinsky around the league.

New Columbus GM Jarmo Kekalainen thinks that Dubinsky is making too much money and Kekalainen inherited Dubinsky from previous GM Scott Howson.

The Rangers sent Dubinsky to Columbus in the Rick Nash trade.

Dubinsky is under contract for two more seasons after this one at $4.2 million.

He has one goal and seven assists this season in 15 games,  28 hits and is averaging 18:15 per night.

He is playing 12:11 at even strength, 2:44 on the PP and 3:19 on the PK.

Dubinsky has been on IR since 2/17 with a sprained knee.
