Read: Getting Their Heads On Straight Is The Key

Michael Del Zotto The Right WayMichael Del Zotto

Following the Rangers practice, which he classified as good but added “quite honestly that doesn’t mean a whole hell of a lot,” John Tortorella told the media, including SNY, that only thing the Rangers are focusing right now is retrieving their mindset.

He adds that right now the Rangers either don’t have an identity or they have the wrong one and that it “needs to be corrected now.” Tortorella said that the team knows where they have to be mentally and that, “we place a lot of emphasis on mindset, on our identity. We are not hard enough mentally and that certainly transforms into not being hard enough physically.”

Tortorella said that the team needs to return to playing with the motto that they had on their playoff shirts last year, “our team knows how to play the game the right way. That is all I am saying, they need to play the game the right way.”

Rick Nash followed up and said “we need to find an identity, playing these guys last year they had an identity that you never wanted to play against them. They are a hard working team and we need to get back to that. It has to change tomorrow night.

He went on to add, “we just need to start playing the right way.”

im so sick of this. Tom Brady cheated, plain and simple. what are w teaching our youth? that its ok to cheat just a little bit?  Fact is this is probably just the tip of the iceberg.  We have poor Pete Rose being kept from his legacy for breaking the rules when he bet on games that he could not possibly influence the outcome. Now we have A-Rod, Bonds,Bellichick,Brady, McGuire, lance Armstrong and many more cheaters and sociopaths that directly influenced the outcome of games or competition.  Oh, but what brady did was so slight how can we group him in with those other guys?  He's a proven liar, who's to say he hadn't cheated his way to the AFC championship in the first place, or he and bellichick cheated their way to a legacy.  A bit extreme, I know, but IMO, and I m a bit biased, his legacy**** is now tainted.

Joe!  See those white lines on the field?   Who decides how long, how short.  Arrogant QBs?  No, Mr. Namath, the league makes those determinations, not you nor Tom Not-So-Terrific no matter how terrific you and he are/were.  Do the crime, do the punishment.  Never thought Joe would end up on the wrong side of an integrity issue.  Oh how the mighty have fallen!  Agree there may be worst offenses but we can't pick and choose which to ignore and which to prosecute.  Joe put up a drug smoke screen without answering: did Brady CHEAT, Joe?  You haven't answered that one yet!

Broadway Joe is right about this one; who the heck cares if the ball is a little softer?

The ineligible receiver stunt that the Pats pulled against the Ravens was a worse offense, and more of an affront to the game.

Guess what - when the league's premier quarterback is not playing for four weeks because of a stupid thing like this, it's the fans who are being cheated.

I would wager that what Namath said carries more weight than Coples, and who acres what Coples thinks unless he's gona start tearing it up
