At Yahoo, Nick Cotsonika looks at each first round playoff matchup and wonders about the chances for an upset.
With the Rangers and Senators series, Cotsonika writes that it is “realistic” to think that the Senators could beat the Rangers.
The reasons why, according to Cotsonika, are that the Senators can outscore the Rangers and the Sens have gone through the whole season as underdogs and that won’t change in the playoffs.
At Puck Daddy, they write that the Sens will use their winning of the season series against the Rangers as motivation to upset the Rangers.
Rangers-Ottawa should be relatively simple for the Blueshirts. Biggest challenge will be Sens sharp goalie Craig Anderson.
