Darren Dreger tweets that the Capitals are planning to trade Alexander Semin’s rights.

Semin is a UFA on July 1.

When asked recently whether you would sign Semin, 31.24% said YES, 42.4% said NO and 26.33% said ONLY AS A LAST RESORT.

However, 65% of voters said that they would bring Semin in on a two-year deal worth $10 million.
