Buzz: Conflicting Justin Schultz Reports

Steve Zipay tweets that he hears the Rangers could be the team that Justin Schultz picks this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Andy Strickland, who last year was the first to report that Brad Richards had picked the Rangers and that Artem Anisimov had signed a new contract, tweets that Ottawa and Edmonton are the final two teams for Schultz.

Strickland notes that a third team is also in the mix

Before counting your chickens, be aware of Hartline.  No guaranteed millions, but a threat to do damage since training camp.

Can't decide who annoys me the most - Holmes or Winslow.

@Mark Phelan Winslow won me over. For a guy his age with the bad knees the last game when he throws himself in the air to g over a tackler (2nd time this season) , bounces off another guy to get a few extra yards, the mans a competitor.  I would love for the Jets to have him hang around as a spot player #3 TE next year, I really think with more time working with him Smith-Winslow could do damage when needed.

@Mark Phelan Yeah! Getting injured while playing professional football? What jerks!

@djf1 The NBA had a triple header on Christmas.  The NFL has become such a science, each day is compartmentalized for a specific reason including walk throughs.

Wednesdays are the initial game plan execution days.

If cops and fireman can work Christmas, so can young multi-millionaires.
