Read: Micheal Haley Is Trying To Do Whatever He Can
Over the summer the Rangers signed Micheal Haley to a two-year contract to be a depth player and provide a physical presence that was lost when Brandon Prust signed in Montreal.
In an interview with the Whale, Michael Haley said that he tries to do a bit of everything on the ice. “since I started playing pro hockey I did whatever I needed to do to climb the ranks. I like to think that I can have an overall game and bring that every night.”
Haley said that he often gets compared to teammate Kris Newbury.
On the lockout, Haley says that a lockout gives him more time to develop and get to be the player he wants to be.
