Note: USA Wins Gold Medal At WJC

Team USA defeated Sweden 3-1 to win the Gold Medal at the World Junior Championships.

Rocco Grimaldi had two goals and Vincent Trocheck scored an empty net goal.

JT Miller had an assist on the empty net goal.

This is the third Gold Medal win for Team USA.

They won in 2004 with Rangers draft pick Al Montoya and they won in 2010 with Derek Stepan as Captain, Ryan Bourque and Chris Kreider.
