Read: Wojtek Wolski Is Working With A “Hockey Guru”

In the Toronto Star, David Feschuk writes about 50-year-old Jari Bryski. Bryski runs a hockey school where he has worked with many NHL players, like Steven Stamkos and Jason Spezza, since before they were teenagers.

Feschuk writes that the Rangers Wojtek Wolski was part of a foursome that included Spezza, Jeff Skinner and Mike Cammalleri who were working with Bryski during the offseason.

Michael Del Zotto tweeted about Bryski as well. Marty Biron also worked with Bryski this offseason.

Wolski is also being educated on proper nutrition. He also worked with Barb Underhill this summer.

He said during the season that he wasn’t happy with his game and that he needed to play better.

It seems like Wolski is putting in the work to make himself a better player and the player that the Rangers thought they were going to get when they acquired him. He has the talent to be special and is in a contract year. The two of those together, along with this work, could mean a good season is on the way.

He will probably get a chance to play with Brad Richards and Marian Gaborik, but he had his best success last season while playing with Derek Stepan and Mats Zuccarello. He scored 25% of his points playing with those two.
