Besides my yearly nomination of Mark Gastineau to get his own solo entry (he's still the most decorated Jet's defensive player of all time), I don't think any of these 3 guys deserve to be in the TJB HOF.  Each had massive flaws in their games and Chad had arguably his best season with the HATED Miami Dolphins.  Jackie Robinson retired rather than play for the hated Giants.  That's what an HOFer does.  Chad was all too eager to join the Dolphins and I can't forgive him for that.  And, I feel the same way about Revis.

Ken O'Brien should finally get the nod, he deserves it. He was always unfairly judged due to being selected ahead of Marino and also being in the same draft as Elway and Jim Kelly didn't help either. O'Brien is actually quite under rated, he was a very talented passer and did some great things for us. Always showed up when he played against Marino which is a bonus because who here doesn't hate the Dolphins. He actually has the best stats with the Jets out of the 3 candidates. I love all 3 of these qb's and all of them will eventually get in but shouldn't the one who played the most years with us, had the best numbers, and has been waiting the longest to get in be the one to actually get inducted??

He was the QB for the Jets when I first started watching football at around 7 years old and is part of the reason why the Jets became my favorite team so maybe that's why I have a soft spot for him but c'mon man he's a top 3 QB in Jets history. If we can show Al Toon some love even though he was selected ahead of JERRY RICE then we should be able to finally show Ken O'brien the love that he deserves..

I never saw O'Brien play. Vinny was great for two years but he tripped over his imaginary friend and ruined 1999 for us. Has to be Chad. Chad QBed the Jets during one of the most successful stretches of Jets football. Sure, it was up and down, but when he was on the field the team typically won. I still have my #10 Pennington jersey.

Vinny Testeverde

I vote for that guy, he sounds awesome.  Whomever he is.

Sincerely,

Vinny Testaverde

ill always remember that game winning touchdown by testerverde that he tried running it in himself and was clearly short but the ref called it a touchdown it was against the seahawks and we really needed that win too ...im pretty sure that was one of the plays that really got the talk of instant replay rolling

O'Brien has a couple of perfect QB rating games. That 2 more than Vinny or Noodle Arm.

Kenny O all the way! He is the reason I'm a Jets fan. The number 1 rated passer in 1985.

@BDarc23

I think he has a tough road to hoe on the fan vote since a lot of folks may never have seen him play.

I have a lot more confidence in the TJB staff putting him in.
