Read: Different Situations For Rick Nash and The Blue Jackets (Update)

5:24PM: At ESPN.com, Pierre LeBrun writes that if Columbus doesn’t get the package they want for Nash this week, they are more than willing to wait until after Zach Parise signs.

LeBrun notes the Rangers interest in Nash and says that the Flyers, Sharks and Hurricanes have interest as well. He does say that Justin Faulk is not available from Carolina but that the eighth overall pick is.

1:03PM: At  The Hockey News, Ken Campbell looks at six teams that could land Rick Nash in a trade and thinks of the kinds of deals that could get him.

For the Rangers, Campbell thinks a deal with the Rangers would include Derek Stepan, Brandon Dubinsky and the 28th overall pick.

VOTE HERE if you would trade Stepan, Dubinsky and two first round picks for Nash.

For Carolina, Campbell thinks a deal would include Justin Faulk, Zac Dalpe and a the eighth overall pick.

For the Sharks, with Logan Couture untouchable, Campbell thinks a deal for Nash would include Joe Pavelski and Ryane Clowe.

If Nash would be sent to the Flyers, Campbell thinks James van Riemsdyk and the 20th overall pick would have to be big parts of the deal.

If Boston—who Campbell thinks is a wild card—were to acquire Nash, he thinks Columbus would target David Krejci, Jordan Caron and the 24th overall pick.

Campbell says the Maple Leafs would part with Luke Schenn, but that Columbus isn’t high on Nazem Kadri. He thinks the fifth pick overall could be something that entices Columbus.
