4:57PM: Pat Leonard says that Zuccarello has reportedly been released from his KHL contract and his representation is now working on immigration issues.
11:16AM: Katie Strang notes that Zuccarello’s contract in the KHL runs through April 30th and that is what is holding up his return to NY.
Strang notes that Zuccarello must be signed by April 3rd, the trade deadline, to be able to play in the playoffs.
8:52AM: Bob McKenzie says that the only thing holding up Mats Zuccarello’s return tot he Rangers lineup is paperwork from the KHL.
He says that “if all goes well” Zuccarello could be in the Rangers lineup by the weekend.

8:14AM: Zuccarello’s agent Erik Ryman tweets:
That translates to “Will be glad to client Mats Zuccarellos sake that he soon will show the NHL again how good he is”
Rangers and will return to North America.
His agent told the Swedish paper that Zuccarello has a contract offer from the Rangers and they are just waiting for “everything to go off without a hitch.”
