This past season no Canuck averaged over 20 minutes per game. In 2011-12, Ryan Kesler led the forwards with 20:05 per game while most everyone the past two years has been between 10 and 18 minutes per night.

According to Behind the Net.ca, in 2011-12, Daniel Sedin, Henrik Sedin and Alex Burrows led the league in shifts starting in the offensive zone.

Daniel Sedin started 79.8% of his shifts in the offensive zone, Henrik Sedin started 78.6% and Burrows started 73.8%.

In 11-12, Marian Gaborik (63%) and Derek Stepan (62.9%) were 12th and 13th in the league in shifts starting in the offensive zone.

This past season both Sedins and Burrows started over 62% of their shifts in the offensive zone.

Brad Richards led the Rangers with 63.4% of his shifts starting in the offensive zone.
