According to Bruce Garrioch in the Ottawa Sun, if Columbus decides to trade Rick Nash it is likely not going to happen until the offseason.
He thinks that the cap hit/length of his contract make this a tough deal to make during the season.
Garrioch writes that the price for Nash is likely to be a top young player, a top prospect and a first round pick.
He does say that the Rangers and Kings are believed to have interest in Nash.
Nash, 27, is signed through 2018 with a cap hit of $7.8 million.
