AP051013015089On a conference call in July, Dominic Moore spoke about being overly excited about returning to the Rangers and that returning to the Rangers was what he was hoping would happen.

Moore, in an interview with the CP, said that the Rangers were his first choice and that he feels putting on the Rangers jersey again is a way of coming home.

In a 2001 article, the NY Times wrote that Moore was at the forefront of Harvard’s resurgence in the NCAA landscape.

During his first training camp with the Rangers in 2003, Moore was described by Mark Messier as “an excellent skater” and that he “looks good.”

During his one full season with the Rangers, Moore, Jed Ortymeyer and Ryan Hollweg formed the Rangers fourth line (the HMO line) that injected energy into the Rangers lineup.
