In the NY Post, Larry Brooks writes that there is no official timetable for Marc Staal to return to the Rangers lineup, but the team is hoping that he may be able to return from his eye injury by “early next month.”

Brooks writes that Staal was struck “just under the right eyelid” during the Rangers win over the Flyers a week ago tonight.

It was reported yesterday that the Rangers were hoping Staal could return in two-three weeks.
