Team USA won it’s first game of the World Junior Championships 11-3 over Denmark.

JT Miller scored the eighth goal for Team USA, had three shots on goal and was a plus two.

Team USA plays the Finland on Thursday.

Random thought: Every time I watch JT Miller, he reminds me more and more of TJ Oshie.

The Oshie comparison doesn’t seem that far off. Oshie is a solid two-way forward, but he can’t stay healthy. That style of play of guy,s like Oshie, Mike Richards and Ryan Kesler, seems to be the consistent comparison type for Miller.
