• That was an incredibly scary scene with Marc Staal. I think we all send him our best and hope that it isn’t nearly as bad as it looked.
• The Rangers acquired Rick Nash for periods just like the third period. Outstanding is probably an understatement.
• Ryan Callahan must love playing the Flyers.
• JT Miller was pretty solid and was getting important minutes down the stretch and when the Flyers pulled the goalie. That being said, the Rangers are extremely thin at center and they have to be thrilled that nothing serious seemed to come from Derek Stepan limping off the ice at one point.
• Every Ranger had at least one hit tonight

-        The Rangers defeated the Philadelphia Flyers, 4-2, tonight at Madison Square Garden, to extend their winning streak to three games. New York completed their four-game homestand with a 3-1-0 record.
-        The Blueshirts improved to 11-8-2 (24 pts) overall, including a 9-4-1 mark at home this season.
-        The Rangers have now won 10 of their last 11 games against the Flyers, dating back to a 7-0 win at MSG on Mar. 6, 2011. The Blueshirts have out-scored the Flyers, 41-18, over the span.
-        New York extended their home winning streak against Philadelphia to six games at Madison Square Garden, out-scoring the Flyers, 24-7, during the streak.
